Peace Castle Residencies:
Exploring the nexus between art and peacebuilding. Letting the unspeakable explain meaning that is lost in trauma. Adding nuance and empathy to shift paradigms in conflict.Residencies are available to a wide range of artists and writers, including but not limited to visual artists, video/filmmakers, composers, performing artists, poets, musicians, designers, photographers, fiction- and non fiction writers.
The Peace Castle Residencies beginn in May 2024 and are ongoing. You can apply for a residency at any time and there are no fixed timeframes for a residency. The programme's intention is to find the right frames to meet individual artists needs. However the maximum possible period is limited to 4 weeks.
