Open Call for the Food Studio – an open kitchen for art, theory and politics in CZ. In the framework of this residency program, the organizers are looking for projects where food grows to become one the media of contemporary art with particularly interested in concepts where the kitchen is conceived as common ground for a better understanding, where foodstuffs count as political, historical, and cultural beings.
What we provide: accommodation in a shared apartment, studio space, a fee of 700 euros per month, a production budget of 200 euros, further production budget related to the project, Make sure you are able to spend at least 80% of your residency time here in Prague.
MeetFactory is a non-profit international centre for contemporary art. The mission is to foster a dialogue between individual genres and make current developments on the art scene accessible to the broadest public.
