The ALF, throught its second call, invites legally established organisations to implement activities in Matera (Italy) and Tétouan (Morocco), two cities that are transforming culture into a platform for dialogue, participation, and people-to-people exchange.

From performances and workshops to storytelling, heritage, crafts, music, food culture, and community-based initiatives, the call supports activities that bring people together and foster meaningful intercultural encounters.

Want to know more details?

1. Implementation period will be from October to December 2026.

2. You can apply for a small-scale or medium-scale fund (up to 5,000 EUR)

3. You get visibility of your activity on ALF’s website and across social media platforms

This is more than a funding opportunity. It is an invitation to become part of a growing Mediterranean journey that has already mobilised hundreds of organisations, artists, cultural practitioners, and communities across the region. Selected activities will contribute to the official Mediterranean Capitals of Culture and Dialogue 2026 programme, connecting local realities with wider Euro-Mediterranean conversations on culture, inclusion, diversity, and shared belonging.

If your organisation believes in the power of culture to build bridges and create dialogue, we encourage you to apply. Join a vibrant network of cultural actors and help shape a Mediterranean where diversity becomes a source of connection, creativity, and cooperation.

Applications are open until 4 July 2026.
